GoBloomWell is a free menopause and perimenopause symptom tracker run by Veronica Martinez (sole proprietor, doing business as GoBloomWell). We want you to always know when we might earn money from a link.

What an affiliate link is. Some links on our site and social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube) may be affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, the store may pay GoBloomWell a small commission. You don't pay anything extra. The price is the same either way.

How we choose products. We pick products we think are practical and safe for everyday comfort, like fans, cooling towels and sleep masks. Brands don't pay us to be listed and don't review or approve what we write. A commission never changes what we say about a product.

What we don't promote. We don't sell or promote pills, supplements, pellets, hormone therapy or online prescriptions. Nothing we recommend is a treatment for menopause or any medical condition.

Programs. We're joining affiliate programs run by networks such as Awin (for example, JisuLife) and impact.com or FlexOffers (for example, Manta Sleep). We may also join Amazon Associates. We'll keep this page up to date.

On social media. Posts with affiliate links are labeled with #ad or #affiliate and say "I may earn a commission." When the platform offers it, we also turn on its paid-partnership or branded-content label.

Prices and availability. Prices and stock are set by each store and can change at any time. Check the store's page before you buy.
